Holidays Continue Together With Teatriukas

On the 8^th of January (Friday) the little patients of VUVL Oncohematology Division continued to enjoy the spirit of Christmas. Children received gifts that were delivered to Lithuania by Swedish Elves before Christmas, as well as the gifts from the students of Vilnius Rytas secondary school.

 

The little patients gathered up at the daycare unit to watch the musical performance The Tales of Senor Bianchi. The children smiled, sang songs together with the actors of Teatriukas, and created their own tale for Senor Bianchi’s daughter. Children were so fascinated that they questioned the actors about when they would come back.

After the performance we handed all the gifts to the little Fighters. Both, children and us, are happy to know that we have lots of Lithuanian and Swedish friends who create a Miracle of Special Friendship and send their most sincere wishes to us on the most beautiful holidays of the year.

 

 

Once again, we want to say a special thank you to Mr. Bengt Nilsson and his friends from Sweden – for their constant attention and gifts for children.

 

We thank the students of Vilnius Rytas secondary school – for the kindness they shared with the little patients.
