Campaign They Need Our Love

Written by the organizers

On the 8th and 9th of March, during the St. Casimir Fair in Dublin (Ireland), the Lithuanian school 4 Vėjai held a charity and support campaign They need Our Love and raised 1650 euros (more than 5600 Lt).

The aim of the campaign was to support the Childhood Cancer Fund Rugutė in Lithuania. Lithuanian and Irish people who took part in the campaign were united by one goal – to make the little cancer patients’ dreams come true.

This goal was fulfilled by purchasing children’s drawings, hand-made ceramics and works of photography, or simply by donating money for the children. People gladly contributed to this campaign and were thrilled be able to help the sick children.

This little pinch of financial support is Love, collected by all of us, Love that will make many sick children happy and help to make some dreams come true.

We sincerely thank you for this campaign full of kindness, and for your generosity and love you give to the sick children. The drops of your love are warming our children’s hearts.
